Add cookieless AlpStats.ch analytics to your WordPress site in a minute: install the plugin, paste your site key, done. No cookie banner, no script tag to insert by hand.
You need an AlpStats.ch account and at least one site. Create an account
Download the plugin and upload it from Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then activate it.
Go to AlpStats.ch → Settings (menu in the sidebar) and paste your site key (or the whole snippet: we keep just the key).
Enable tracking and save. Done: see your stats in AlpStats.ch → Statistics and in your AlpStats.ch dashboard.
You only enter the site key: no <script> code in your theme, so it won't be blocked by Wordfence or similar.
No cookies, no consent banner to manage. GDPR and Swiss nFADP friendly, data in Switzerland.
The plugin updates itself from your WordPress dashboard, like those from the official repository.
With one option you keep logged-in administrators' visits out of the stats.
